Ride a mountain bike or be shuttled by 4WD along Elk Ridge through surreal landscapes and dense wildlife habitats to the most beautiful and remote canyons of the southwest. At various points we venture down from canyon rims to hike to remote ruins and wildlife habitats. There are options for base camps in a number of canyons including Dark Canyon and Arch Canyon. Archeological sites along canyon walls and up side canyons include rock art and cliff dwellings. The trip can entail approximately 45 miles of mountain biking (in two sections) accompanied by unlimited hiking. Options for helicopter insertion, fix wing aerial tours, horseback and motocross are available for private groups. Rates below are for six day/seven night camping expeditions with 4WD shuttle support and mountain bikes for use on the Elk Ridge ride that gives us access to the canyons.

Aerial photo courtesy Redtail AviationAbout camping: Camping in wilderness is highly intrusive, so whenever camping is included in any tour package we insist on strict rules pertaining to noise, wandering, and waste disposal. If your group would like to avoid camping altogether, we are more than happy to make provisions for accommodations in the nearby town of Blanding and provide daily shuttles to and from this area in order to offer the purest wilderness experience possible. With Dreamride the environment comes first! Your enjoyment of wilderness is a close second.

$2195 for a single fare in a group of from three to eight. Six day/seven night camping expedition with 4WD shuttle support. Mountain bikes included.

Dreamride BOOKS UPON DEMAND--CALL NOW FOR AVAILABILITY! Dark Canyon and Elk Ridge trips require up to a year of advanced booking and can only be set up for summer and early fall.

Dreamride utlilizes special interpretive guides and Redtail Aviation pilots and planes for aerial tours of canyon country. An aerial tour can be part of any package. Call for rates.
