Ken and Emily, chef and server.      Welcome to the Dreamride chef services slideshow featuring a meal in our ranch home in Moab, Utah. This particular meal was non-alcoholic vegetarian southwestern. Dreamride currently utilizes two chefs to be able to offer a variety of styles. Pictured here are server Emily Bullock and Dreamride guide and chef, Ken Moody, southwestern style chef for this particular evening. Ken was chef at the Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado and the Gold Lake Ranch above Boulder for many years. Ken travels to provide private services for clients around the country and gets offers to chef at restaurants elsewhere on a continual basis, but prefers to live in Moab and guide for us. Ken is currently chef at Buck's restaurant in Moab.
