With rocker options of the Ventana El Saltamontes frame and the somewhat flexible SuperEgo parts selection we produce a stable 4" singletrack rig or a quick do-everything trail bike at 5" of travel. We tune each SuperEgo bike and wheelset to the weight and riding style of the client. The only thing that will slow you down on the trail is the attention your bike gets from other riders. The Salt SuperEgo features Chris King hubs and headset, jewel-like Magura Marta brakes, Shimano XT 10 speed shifters, derailleurs, cranks and cogset, XTR chain, Thomson OS stem and seatpost, WTB Pure V saddle, and a choice of handlebars. A Fox Talas fork tops the build with high quality front suspension to match the impeccable performance of the Ventana four bar rear end with Fox Rp23 shock. A hardshell flight case, small parts for the build, and labor for the build are included in pricing below. You may delete the case and drop $250 from the price of the bike. In that case we will carefully pack and ship the bike in a cardboard bike box. Shipping in the 48 states is included. If you want to bring the price down or take it up a notch or two there are options that range from Avid mechanical brakes and factory built wheelsets to upper end SRAM or XTR parts combos. We carry Moots stems and seatposts, so you can lighten and strengthen the bike with the addition of titanium. Each SuperEgo bike is customized for the client, so do not hesitate to ask for ways to cut corners on price or get to the most exotic build.
